Very often training feels like punishment when the same information anyone can read for themselves is regurgitated in a monotonous tone of voice without any value being added by the presenter. I found this course extremely interesting. The training that was given definitely fits into my day to day responsibilities here at Fairlady. The session was very informative and gave me a greater picture of what I’ve already been doing. The facilitator made you feel very comfortable and made it easy to ask questions if anything were not understood. The session was very informal, which made things a bit easier especially when you needed to work in groups, I enjoyed that. The notes and workbooks will be useful to me in my day to day work responsibilities.
